I am a hotel specialist with 34 years+ of reputed hotels & resorts experience. I have extensive experience in Operations, Sales & Business Development, and Renovations etc in the hospitality industry. It ranges from planning, supervising and managing the entire operations including new set ups, resource planning, procurement and maintenance of inventory levels for smooth functioning of all the departments. I have experience of handling multiple hotels/ resorts- three times in my varied career. I have been successful in maintaining both top & bottom lines with extensive focus on L&D.
