Yogendra Meena is the founder of Urban Culture. It began operations in the year 2020 with an aim to provide International standard home salon service. The idea of Urban Culture crossed Yogendra’s mind when he was visiting a salon with his sister. A staff member got fired in front of the customers because of the manager’s mistake. He realised that in this industry, shaming people is very prevalent and he wanted to change that. Urban Culture as the name suggests has built a culture where salon experts and customers feel respected. He has made a significant progress towards achieving a part of his dream.
