Economic Research Department - Strategic Planning and Transformation Office - Identify valuable data sources, enhance data collection processes and actively involved in the building of a data hub to support the transformation of the built environment sector. - Leading the team to collect, integrate and analyse datasets using appropriate methods and undertake research studies to support evidence-based policy formulation for the stability and viability of the built environment sector. - Setting up a Data Warehouse and Data Lab for the organization. - Sourced and set up IT infrastructure for the organization’s foundation in data analytics and business intelligence. - Part of the Chief Data Officer's team in charge of data governance and SOP adherence. - Agency Representative for Enterprise Data Hub, a Whole-of-Government data platform. - Involved in the administration and stand-down of ReBuildSG, an emergency department set up to manage the impacts of COVID-19 on the construction industry. - Built up BCA's pandemic management capability from a data processing perspective, working across departments in BCA. - Collaborated closely with agencies and ministries across government such as Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), to ensure a holistic approach to managing the pandemic. - Oversaw the eventual stand-down of ReBuildSG once pandemic management stabilized, ensuring that it was well-managed and smooth.

Data Structures, Data Entry & Accuracy - Responsible for set-up, maintenance and proper use of Blackbaud Education Edge, Raiser's Edge and Veracross school information systems - Responsible for set-up, maintenance and proper use of WealthX and EverTrue Development & Alumni Relations systems - Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for Veracross and EverTrue. - Manage and track received data and source documents - Contact appropriate sources to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data - Confirmation of data accuracy when feasible - Compare data entered with source documents or re-enter data in verification format to detect and correct errors - Perform tests of data-sets to confirm accuracy of inputs and to reveal system or process errors - Develop and implement new processes to track data, actions, and notes - Generate queries and reports and respond to inquiries regarding entered data - Import and export data to and from various school information systems - Compile, sort data and verify accuracy of data before entry Testing Systems, Platforms and Integration - Key person to navigate new software opportunities for department - Work closely with IT on new software implementation and planning - Ensure compliance with all school’s policies and procedures - Maintain strict confidentiality of all records, correspondence, etc. in a well-organized and accessible manner Reporting - Develop and prepare custom reports and information for management including strategic analyses and weekly , monthly, quarterly, year-on-year reporting - Develop and maintain queries/exports - Create and innovate dashboards using Google platforms - Provide insights on data collection and reporting processes
