* As a Technical Recruiter, I work for all IT requirements both contractual as well as permanent. * Job Responsibilities: * Working with candidates like, US Citizen, Green Card and H1b * Conduct in-depth full life cycle interviews to evaluate potential candidates * Source passive candidates through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, complex Boolean internet searches and research. * Work on full-time and contract positions for Different locations in response to client’s project needs. * Good Knowledge of US contracting methods: W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 etc. * Negotiate and confirm pay rates and compensation * Provide information about benefits and compensation packages to candidates * Find superior talent through other sources such as referrals, personal contacts, special interest groups and referrals * Maintain continuous communication with the candidates till the end of hiring process. * Prepare weekly reports, general reports, submittal documents and relevant documents as necessary * Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, candidate tracking system and the directory structure.
