My coaching approach is holistic—I guide clients on sales pipelines and performance metrics, while also integrating breathwork, meditation, and other lifestyle practices to support both performance and balance. Barefoot Luxury Real Estate is a full-service lifestyle and brokerage firm based in Costa Rica. After exiting my agencies, I started Barefoot to help others experience the transformation I found in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. In our first 18 months, we generated $20M in deal flow pipeline. Today, Barefoot is more of a passion project, where I assist high-net-worth investors, A-list celebrities, and friends in finding the perfect property in Costa Rica. The real estate landscape here is complex—unlike in the States, buyers must navigate bureaucratic red tape and consider factors like water, power, waste, roads, and topography. With a deep network of local experts, Barefoot ensures my clients smoothly navigate these challenges and reach the finish line with ease.

Salted is a platform for developing and scaling better-for-you, quick service restaurant brands. I got involved as a seed investor took some equity for services and was the original development and design partner quite some time ago. My team built the v1 of the web/mobile platform alongside the CEO.

There is a $1 trillion dollar relationship between the 122 million homeowners in this company and the myriad service providers they all need to survive. But, shockingly, the infrastructure between homeowners and service providers is incredibly clunky technology antiquated. HouseAccount is working to digitize this by building a centralized platform that allows homeowners to quickly and seamlessly pay and manager service providers in a single place. I Participated in their most recent funding round through a SPV.

When I met the founder of WayTooDigital, he was building an exciting experiential design agency, creating immersive, engaging experiences for live events and conferences. It was a really compelling business, and it was getting great traction. See that start date? It was the worst possible business to be in at the start of the pandemic. I coached the founder through a complete pivot of his agency into the world of web3.
