I have been working in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities within the production department for approximately 8 years. During this time, I have held various positions and gained extensive experience in critical production processes such as granulation, tablet pressing, coating, powder filling, and capsule filling. For the past 5 years, I have been in a managerial role, where I have been involved in both team management and significant aspects of the production processes. Within this scope, I have taken on responsibilities related to deviations and change control, customer complaint management, CapEx and OpEx projects, cost-saving initiatives, and equipment commissioning. Additionally, in line with the company's policies, I have led initiatives focused on managing safety projects with the goal of reducing workplace accidents. This experience has provided me with valuable insights into occupational safety. I aim to use my achievements and experiences to promote continuous improvement and efficiency.
