Assisted AW24 Showroom Campaign planning and execution, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including brand showcase concept design, supplier coordination, exhibition setup and post-event review. Facilitated the attendance of 300+ buyers at the AW24 fashion event by managing the buyer invitation process and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders. Conducted in-depth market research to support business development, successfully connecting with over 100 new buyers and establishing relationships with new brands.

Assisted in developing and executing social media marketing plans. Executed offline Swap Shop activities, developing PR materials to support brand communication and enhance visibility. Conducted market research and identified potential clients to drive partnership with emerging brands and designers.

Developed the event concept and marketing strategy, aligning with brand identity and product features. Participated in designing promotional materials, including posters, brochures and press, and marketing copy. Facilitated communication between external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and successful event execution.
