Led team to productize new media immersive dining show: "Le Petit Chef in China"; generated service blueprint, product structure; managed the distribution and landing in 15+ major Chinese cities; clients include Shangri-la Shanghai, Regent Hotel Taipei, InterContinental Beijing & Shenzhen. Interviewed with managers in 5 high-end restaurants to generate standard operating procedures(SoPs) for streamlined service. Initiated to conduct customer feedback with over 500+ customers with online surveys and on-site interviews. Analysis outcome led to 30% reduction of operational cost, and 150% sales increase within next 3 months. Managed award-winning marketing joint operations and 5+ IP Collaborations.

Designed in cross-over events and exhibitions as a multi-disciplinary designer; collaborated with architectural research and marketing. First author of 3 Utility Patent in field of building environment. Assisted the president in inter-department communications and public relations.

Coordinated and interpreted among international architects, local design institutes(LDI), and government officials for 3 projects in Ordos, China. Developed 3D models and schematic CAD drawings in company’s 3 kindergarten design projects.
