While I was working as product engineer at Huawei,I have experience in both product management and product development.I managed the entire process of optical network products marketing which contains users' expectations,trends in ICT industries,product features and commercial strategies. I collaborated with many colleagues in other departments and participated in networking design,product parameters setting,updating network manager(an internal tool) and hardware security project. Key Achievements: - Win 'Green Site' in hardware security project.It's a teamwork and I mainly contributed for communication quality check.As a result we succeeded in building flawless site-to-site 5G communication through both optical network(fiber) and wireless network(microwave) - Design a great demo of network arrangment on my own.It is for entire enhancing plan of optical networks rebuild&create in Guangdong province for China mobile (one of the biggest carrier in China) and considered as the original ideal model. -Won the Prize of 'Tomorrow Star'
