• Built the post-programme pathways and processes for Hatch's portfolio startups and end users as a first hire of the Innovation Team. • Drive innovation scaling projects and the cross-application of portfolio startups' solutions within the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for targeted use cases. • Bridging the gaps between startups and government/corporate end users to drive win-win public-private partnerships through engagement initiatives and consultation sessions. • Manages an active portfolio of 50+ global alumni startups and their respective innovation cycles with internal and external stakeholders. • Designed and led ecosystem initiatives to foster collaboration between startups, funders, government agencies and industry stakeholders. Hatch is a global innovation hub driven by the mission to accelerate dual-use technologies that enhance public safety and security. Established by Home Team Science & Technology Agency (HTX), one of the government agencies under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Hatch is dedicated to leveraging global technologies across multiple sectors to achieve this critical mission.

• Led and designed multiple accelerators and innovation programs with global corporates and governments in waste circularity, energy and impact: 1) PETRONAS FutureTech 3.0 Accelerator 2) HyperScale Waste-Tech Accelerator 2023 supported by Enterprise Singapore 3) Cartier Women's Initiative SG Edition 2023 4) Singtel Future Makers Demo Day 2023 • Spearheaded corporate-startup partnerships by working closely with business units and various stakeholders in identifying gaps and opportunities. • Supported 50+ global startups in validation and scaling projects, fundraising, market access and mentorship. • Led a team of program associates and interns in the planning and execution of projects.

• Led 4 cycles of BIV's flagship 5-month foodtech accelerator program in Singapore, from the selection of startups to program curation, and supported over 70+ alternative protein startups in fundraising, market access, mentorship and marketing. • Spearheaded 10+ large and small-scale events like global demo days, national student competitions, tasting showcases and investors' networking sessions. Brought on board 100+ corporate sponsors and partners for these events. • Onboarded over 300+ stakeholders across the board – government, investors, MNCs, mentors, and professionals.

• Launched BIV's first student pitching challenge, virtual tasting showcase and online global demo day. • Managed BIV's social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) and doubled social followings in 2 months. • Analysed and screened 200+ alternative protein deals for potential investment opportunities.

Moonshot: Permacolony 2021 was a collaborative unlearning, unlocking and unleashing mind shift - supporting startups working on moonshot solutions that will enable us to build 100% self-sustainable and flourishing communities ('Permacolonies') by 2025.

Young Founders Summit is a global startup competition and accelerator program dedicated to teenage founders aged 11 to 18, that aims to inspire and help young founders achieve their goals in their entrepreneurial journey based on impact driven start-up ideas.

• Planned, designed and executed JLG's first garden bazaar "Bazaar in the Garden" and children workshops. • Spearheaded publicity campaigns for events and workshops - coordinated publicity channels, designed collaterals, did copywriting, and managed online listings and registrations. • Curated and designed interpretive park signages for JLG's children's therapeutic garden, and Chinese garden. • Led nature-guided walks for both the public and student groups. • Handled horticultural works like landscaping, tree inspection and maintenance of the community allotment garden.

• Curated graphic posts and callouts for educational outreach and recruitment campaigns on social media. Designed for JGIS booth at the Festival of Biodiversity. • Planned media content for Dr Jane’s visit to Singapore. • Streamlined the onboarding process for incoming interns and volunteers. • Monitored residential hotspots to mitigate human-macaque conflicts.
