* Performs software distribution updates, scripting, testing and support. * Monitors all personal computers running to ensure that software distributions and installations are being delivered correctly. * Assist in the resolution of problems and faults occurring in operation of hardware and software. * Liaises with other areas of ICTS to facilitate completion of service requests. * Provides advice to clients regarding ICTS standards and Request, Incident and Problem management processes. * Attempts to resolve as many problem calls or service requests on initial contact. Escalates problems/tasks to the appropriate parties in accordance with established procedure. * Provides basic training to end-users on the use of Enterprise applications. * Prepares, maintains, and updates files (electronic and paper) and internal databases. * Acts as problem escalation point for technical staff at lower levels. Addresses escalated problems and monitor to resolution. * Drafts documentation and reports.

* Improve present application functionalities, usability and user experiences. * Design and develop data sources and web services to produce and integrate web systems. * Design and develop user interface to internet / intranet web application. Determine and set expectation, design methodologies, priorities, languages and software products. * Coordinate requirements, schedules and activities with team members to complete comprehensive application development. * Participate requirements analysis, detail design, system testing and implementation reports. * Register, troubleshoot and identify application issues from external and internal users.
