• Generate and review detailed monthly project cost analysis and compare results with the current budget to control the current progress percentage and assist the business catch up the project progress by 5% in total. • Produce a monthly contemporary comparison of operation expenditures in order for the company to minimize costs while maintaining quality of service. • Reviewed financial data obtained from Construction and Operational A/P and confirm data accuracy through supporting documentation; Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accounts are continuously balanced; Generate financial statements for utilization by senior management on a monthly basis.
