Responsible for multiple BYD's Class 6,7,8 commercial vehicle chassis integration and development projects, including braking and powertrain systems. Responsible for troubleshooting, investigating, and writing ECN for design changes on Class 6,7,8 commercial vehicles.

Manufactured, assembled parts from different sub team(Vehicle Dynamics, Ergonomics, Powertrain, Drivetrain, Systems, Chassis, Aerodynamics) for the SC Formula Electric team. Utilized machinery such as Hass VF-2SS Vertical milling machine, OMAX 5555 Water Jet Cutter, Bridgeport Mill H.E.S. Lathe, Grizzley Horizontal Bandsaw and Prusa MK4. Programed and operated the Hass VF-2SS Vertical milling machine with Mastercam under supervision from professional machinist. Reviewed team's drawing for manufacturability and provided advice and suggestions.

• Lead a team of 14 undergraduate students participating Formula SAE competition, oversaw, managed and mentored both engineering and business aspects. Achieved 57 out of 77 as a first-year design in the competition. • Coordinated engineering/manufacturing/resources/business/marketing tasks and managed timelines for Dynamics/Electrical System/Powertrain/Aerodynamics/Drivetrain and business sub-teams. Completes USC’s first Formula Electric vehicle with all components integrated. • Wore multiple hats in a dynamic startup engineering design team, acted as a recruiter, graphic designer, lecturer, project manager, engineer, assembler, machinist, and manufacturer. • Designed/ co-designed brake system, water cooling system, dash box, charge cart, low voltage system, high voltage system, fixture, and mounting for various components for formula-style vehicle applications.

• Fabricated and assembled all dynamics/ergonomics systems/powertrain including HV system/ accumulator/ brake system, pedal box, steering column, dash box, suspension system. • Hosted and oversaw biweekly meetings for a team of 8 sub-members, facilitating onboarding, initial NX training, machinery training, and task assignments. Utilized parallel processing, resulting in a 100% retention rate. • Coordinated task distribution and managed engineering and manufacturing timelines for the vehicle dynamics/ergonomics sub-team Achieved the first-ever complete suspension system with all new parts.

• Designed, manufactured, and validated the steering column and steering shaft for the 23’ FSAE-E with Siemens NX and machinery. • Assembled the suspension system, steering system, and brake system. Planned and prepared essentials for the FSAE-E competition.

Assists in research, setup, design, and testing for the Center for Autonomic Nerve Recording and Stimulation Systems, part of the National Institute of Health (NIH)'s Open Research Neural Engineering Technologies(HORNET). Aiming for a low entry barrier implantable neuromodulation technologies design. Advisor - Prof. Hangbo Zhao

• Researched and analyzed pain points for 8 industry and proposed RaaS/PaaS/SaaS strategic solutions based on GFAI’s robotics technology; Coordinated reviews of target companies' systems and applications to present potential integration options for revenue generation; Coordinated all aspects from project contract, technical integration to deployment; Participated in planning and execution of advertising and marketing strategies.

Deployed, maintained, and troubleshot 3 different robot models for various scenarios and applications; Audited and translated technical documents from Chinese to English; Closely worked with the R&D teams analyzing technical reports and backend data to resolve issues; Improved robot parts longevity and reduce maintenance costs in utilizing fluid dynamics, statics and data analytics;

Performed ongoing research in different applications of aerogel and control of porous architectures of porous material in a nanoscale building block to enable thermal management. Researched and optimized aerogel insulation manufacturing process and aerogel silica solution. Collected and organized sample data; prepared and formatted results for publication in a scientific article.
