- Responsible for staff structure and salary reviews for multiple government agencies - Partner with myriad stakeholders in the procurement and database management of multiple private sector salary datasets used by the team for salary benchmarking. - Supports the team with data analytics, building dashboards and maintaining guides and standards across the various salary databases. - Spearheaded a demand aggregate tender for the purchase of private sector salary data. - Currently conducting an in-depth review of a Civil Service-wide global mobility policy. - Involved in the migration and deployment of a new public service HR Information System, including performing user acceptance tests, bug reporting and reviewing functional design specifications. - In my free time, I am also looking into how machine learning can be used to solve problems in organizational design. - Programed a webscrapper to estimate current wholesale prices of specialty polymers and conducted trend analysis against physical and chemical properties and applications - Recommend industry development strategies for Singapore, highlighted emerging applications and materials and proposed definitions for market segmentation - Attended meetings with EDB stakeholders, prepared topical summaries on new materials

- Led two consulting projects: a rebranding strategy for local digital media company, and a data-based marketing strategy for a local ride-sharing company focusing on customer retention - Achieved first place on internal case competition on Singapore’s taxi and ride-hiring market

- Authored a think piece on how Singapore can capture value in a token economy, thereby circulated internally to increase awareness on the topic - Drafted an Emerging Strategic Issues report on global developments in hydrogen fuel cells, which was tabled at an inter-ministry conference - Prepared a summary paper identifying signals, policy experiments and areas of competitiveness that challenged assumptions in Asia, North America and small advanced economies, which helped to facilitate conversation at an inter-ministry conference
