Managed antibody by lead generation and optimization platform. Supported various integrated antibody discovery projects within biologics discovery department. • Expanded in-house antibody discovery capabilities by constructing large human antibody phage display library, synthetic human antibody library and sdAb library. Continue to expand antibody discovery capabilities by further optimizing humanization and affinity maturation platform. • Managed and executed several lead generation and optimization projects for bi-specific antibody and Car-T projects including humanization and sequence optimization of antibody leads for domestic and international clients .
