About
I’m a product designer who genuinely enjoys making sense of complexity. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve worked on everything from compliance SaaS tools to immersive AR shopping apps and insurance verification websites—yes, all very different, but with one thing in common: people trying to get things done in complex environments. I approach design like solving a puzzle. I’m a system thinker who likes to map the big picture before diving into details. Alongside that, I bring a strong visual sensibility—shaped not just by intuition but by years of design training and creative practice. My work balances structure and clarity with clean, thoughtful interfaces. I’ve designed tools for compliance managers, legal teams, and B2B customers at scale—products used by over 14,000 users and generating $2.8M in new revenue. Along the way, I’ve built responsive web systems, contributed to design systems, improved accessibility, and worked with global teams to ship features across time zones. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and rock climbing—both teach me lessons I carry into design. Gardening reminds me to be patient and observant, while climbing helps me push past fear and trust the process. I find both meditative in their own way, and they help me stay grounded in a fast-paced design world.

- Developed a third-party management tool, generating $2.8 million in its first year. Launched 16 features to improve efficiency for over 70 compliance managers. - Redesigned the whistleblower interface for better usability and accessibility. Also created an admin portal for 400+ customers to configure their whistleblower portals. - Designed 24 product sites and a self-service portal for 14,000 customers. Established a web UX design system to ensure consistent and accessible designs.

- Redesigned myinsuranceinfo, an insurance verification service that partners with financial institution to help make sure loaners' information is up to date. - The deliverable includes website and mobile responsive design. - Worked closely with researchers to understand borrowers’ concern when submitting their insurance info to the site. Created hi-fi wireframe, conduct quantitative user testing, and iterate based on the test results. - Presented the work to the Product Sponsor and stakeholders, and received very positive feedback.
