a) Set up New Machine Production Line for Proton Headlamp, Rear Combi, Rear Lid: • Dimming Screw Riveting machine • Adjusting Screw Locking machine • Reflector Locking Machine • Vibration Dust Removal Machine • Bonding Roboting Arm for Gluing and Plasma Machine • Lens Press Machine • Rotation Cooling Rack Machine • CCD Light-Up Inspection Machine • Headlamp Leak Test Machine • Ultrasonic Machine • Light Tester Machine • Hot Plate Machine • Annealing Oven Machine • Rear Combi & Read Lid CCD Machine • Rear Combi & Read Lid Leak Test Machine • Final Inspection & Lamination Machine b) In charge for production machine troubleshooting if any abnormal happen and continuous improvement using Lean six sigma method. c) Carry adjustment on Dimming Screw Riveting and Adjusting Screw Locking Machine to auxiliary the Automation Program and machine set up on CCD, Charge Coupled Device automation machine to correlate with Customer Master Sample Low Beam pattern position. d) Program the Automation robotic arm moving location and speed of Gluing and Plasma Machine to ensure the Headlamp pass the leak test program on Leak test Machine. e) Tuning the mechanism and Mold 3D Position of Hot Plate welding machine to ensure Rear Combi and Rear Lid pass the Leak Test Machine and meet the car assembly criteria from customer "Assembly Gap & Surface Height" after Hot Plate assembly. f) Program on Optical Inspection of Rear Combi & Read Lid CCD Machine to ensure the product pass the Lighting, Current test and AOI check. g) Prepare WI for each Machine process, Process Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, BOM, Machine and Fixture Preventive Mainte-nance, Machine and Fixture Buy-off, Line Conversion Checklist, Master Golden Sample WI, Rework Process WI. h) Prepare on Temperature Control Chart, Screw Tightening torque trend chart, Machine Parameter Record.

a) In charge for Lab Metrology DEXCOM Medical Healthcare products measurement, capable to read and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Drawing Information. b) Program the Automation Measurement Machine to execute Auto measurement as per Customer GD&T Drawing requirement. • Keyence VMM LM-1000Series • Hexagon CMM Global Series • ZEISS CMM O-Inspect. c) Execute Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to ensure the automation machine program pass the Gage Repeatability and Re-producibility (GR&R) and correlate with DEXCOM metrology lab PIC before the validation stage. d) Prepare Documentation such as Machine Measurement plan, Machine WI, Test Method Validation (TMV), Process Capability (Cp/Cpk) and First Article Inspection (FAI). e) Involve in the NPI Validation stage such Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), Engineering Study (ES), Design of Experiment (DOE), Master Validation Plan (MVP). f) Perform Data analysis using Minitab software. g) Planning for Lab Measurement Layout and liase with supplier to design for item require on lab such as Measurement Fixture & Jig. h) Execute Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting for measurement machine and Fixture applied.
