I am an instructional designer, and I have learned to use various tools to design a course with engaging contents for adult audience, including Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Screencast-O-Matic, Affinity Designer, Audacity, iThoughts, iZotope RX7, Descript, Hindenburg, H5P, etc. Besides that, I also master the Microsoft Office Suite and other online creation tools such as Kahoot, Wordwall, Powtoon, and Canva. I am good at creating engaging training course contents through identifying learners’ needs to advance their learning experiences and facilitate acquisition of knowledge. Besides that, I have conducted ILT session for new hires and built courses in different Learning Management Systems, such as Skilljar, Docebo, and LearnDash, and designed a user testing survey to understand how employees interact with the eLearning system to further improve their user experience, developing even more effective and engaging learning experiences.
