Job scope which export reports and update daily task. Eg : update pack plan, loading plan and others. Weekly task will based on CTB to schedule production pack plan and release work order to ensure production running smoothly and meet customer demand. Able to discuss with production to solve the problem had been facing at the line.

The role included extracts and generate reports and do summary for the reports. Able to develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and work with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of production, review daily loading and reschedule if necessary, follow up closely on production performance to guarantee shipment to customers on time. Able to identify and resolve problem relating to inventory for production. Duties included generate work order, load demand, review CTB, book truck, prepare shipment list.

Assistance in maintaining financial reports, tracking and reconciling bank statements, receiving stock.

Assisting guests to proceed the process of check in, check out and manage to solve the problem of the guests faced.
