* Perform psychiatric assessment, formulate intervention plan * Take on cases with multiple complexities. Plan and manage patients in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. * Collaborate with community agencies (such as family services centers, MSF) in managing patients with complex health and psychosocial needs * Provide therapy * Provide psychoeducation and on-site coaching to school counselor and teachers in managing students with learning, behavioral and/or emotional difficulties * Deliver training/talks to school counselors on mental health issues * Co-found and running Incredible Years Parenting workshop in REACH(NUH) to parents (both English and Chinese Workshops) * Co-lead REACH (NUH)-GP partnership project

* Deliver direct patient care * Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial and/or emotional needs * Provide patient and family teaching and evaluate care outcomes.

* Roles and responsibilities * Develop the intervention for patients * Oversee the general management of the research project * Conduct literature searches * Collaborate with team members at the study site for subject recruitment * Provide research intervention * Data collection * Data entry and data analysis * Data management * Assist in report writing and drafting of manuscripts for submission to journals * Provide administrative and secretarial support to the project
