Take planning management role in study level and portfolio level program. Participating in core asset team to creat scenario timelines and calculate scenario resource forecasting based on varied assumptions, risk-benefit balance, commercial evaluation and registration practices for final discussion and analysis to draft China development strategy. Track and manage each clinical trial through protocol development, study set up, site monitor, data management and TLFs analysis and document filling to ensure compliance with protocol,SOPs and meet requirement of authority registration.

1.5 years CRA and site co-monitor working experience in KHK, be familiar with site management, CRO communication, GCPs and arrangement for Investigator Meeting, site initiation, recruitment control in the multi-center clinical trial in China
