- PR Strategy Planning inline with the bank’s mission, vision and goals. - Media Analysis and cultivate working relationships with supporting agencies and key media journalists. - Nurture stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders and develop/record stakeholder mapping. - Content Development based on strategic guidelines and directive regulations in principle including but not limited to; press release, statement, holding statement, potential media questions & answers, talking points & script for spokesperson, spokesperson prepping/training content. - Event Supervision and support includes creating necessary documents prior to the event. - Support Leadership teams, MDs, C-suites on their initiatives and programs from conceptualization to planning and execution. - Empower team members, build a support system to execute communications plans, provide guidance and structure a succession plan. - Keep track of the team’s KPIs, evaluate and provide feedback to the direct reporting manager.

- Establish internal and external communication strategy, develop crisis protocol and communications plans, execute the communication activities and campaigns accordingly with the comms: plan - Manage and coordinate with PR agencies in protecting and promoting brand reputation, ensuring the organization deliver quality media activities in accordance with the goals of the organization effectively - Handle the internal and external communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation

-Responsible for internal and external communications with diverse stakeholder groups including member organizations, government departments, media, donor organizations, and as required -Provide inputs in project plans, social media content development, coordinate the production and dissemination of press releases, publications, articles and sharing of information, knowledge and successes of organisation’s programs -Work in close collaboration with management team, prepared strategic action plan and implemented the required communication activities including website, newsletter, TV program, radio talk shows, posters and brochures to increase and improve public outreach -Support and organize numerous successful seminars, trainings, campaigns, meetings, workshops and events in collaboration with other member associations -Editing and proofreading for the organization’s publications -Establish and maintain information database and photo library -Handle the organization’s email, Facebook page and campaign Facebook pages -Media monitoring -Communications focal point
