• Production Planning and Demand Planning - S&OP meetings facilitation • Maintain demand plan to ensure cost-effectiveness and to meet market demand. • Daily sales order management and sales operation support for main distributor and key accounts. • Track the raw materials shipment arrival to ensure the sufficient supply for the planned production. • Manage finished goods inventory and stock movement between nationwide JTI warehouses and distributor withdrawal. • Manage 3rd Party and distributor warehouses, ensure the FIFO system and warehouse condition monitoring (Temperature, Humidity & beetle activity) • Monitor the product's shelf life to ensure the product freshness and to avoid write-off (expire) cost • Facilitate quarterly/monthly 3rd party warehouse stock count and logistics arrangements of stock movement. • Submission of the quarterly Tax Stamps to be ordered. • Monitoring Nationwide distributor warehouses stocks and ensuring each warehouse carries sufficient stock level.

 Capacity & Supply Planning Function : Execute Raw Materials and Production Planning based on Sales Forecast. Perform Scenario Planning to identify the risk of short fall in specific period. Monitor for incoming shipment arrivals and keep the optimal inventory level while ensuring to avoid shortage (out of stock), write off (expire).  Quality, Safety, Environment (QSE) Function : Learn TCCC’s Kore Requirements regarding to QSE function, and support for Quality and Food Safety System Compliance, 14LSR and EOSH guidelines and participate in improving environmental goals- WUR,EUR, Waste Management, Decarbonization.  Manufacturing Function : Learn the whole manufacturing processes, assist and support for GMP, report and documentation. Assist in transforming Digitalization for Preventive Maintenance Planning Process.

 Managed procurement & sourcing of engineering equipment and spare parts for factory operation.  Controlled engineering documents of critical equipment’s specifications.  Negotiated pricing and supplier contracts, raised POs, and processed payments using Dynamics NAV to ensure cost-effective purchasing.  Handled import/export logistics for equipment, tools, and warranty claims.  Conducted annual supplier evaluations and improved procurement efficiency.  Analyzed manufacturing data to optimize procurement strategies.
