1. Developed a geospatial visualization web app used for rendering interactive phylogeographic reconstructions. •Built a responsive React.js frontend webpage to render dynamic geospatial layers and time-resolved diffusion patterns. •Provided Python Flask ETL backend service to process large-scale, heterogeneous inputs (e.g., tree files with >100k records, climate raster tiles >1GB), applying data normalization, caching, and compression to reduce payload size by 80%, largely improving load time and API responsiveness. •Containerized images with Docker and orchestrated deployments via K8s, enabling autoscaling, load balancing, and fault tolerance for analytics workloads. •Implemented end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, container builds, and multi-environment deployments. 2.Designed, performed and benchmarked large-scale Bayesian phylogenetic and phylogeographic inferences to investigate evolutionary history, transmission pathways, and spread patterns of the Eta variant of SARS-CoV-2. •Developed Python pipelines (pandas/NumPy/SciPy) to integrate massive genomic data (>10,000 sequences) with diverse environmental metadata for downstream spatial-temporal modeling. •Implemented high-throughput SLURM/Shell workflows to parallelize MCMC runs on HPC clusters, improving performance, robustness and scalability across different analyses.
