With the responsibilities for product management, market survey, analysis, sales leads generation, promotion, new product launch, advertisement, literature, trade show, some product projects negotiation, etc. Improving mutual understanding between the company and China hydraulic industry, contribute to company's continual growth in China.

1, With the responsibility in cost & inventory accounting, Headquarter 2, Setting up new accounting system for controlling accounts for PYE” - China Retail Network of Esquel Group, with 4 subsidiary companies located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou & Dalian under. Main jobs including setting up accounting system, costing and inventory control, etc.

Being responsible for public relation with several ministries including: China Automobile Industry Corporation, Ministry of Machinery Industry, the State Planning Committee, the State Economy and Trade Committee, etc. Other main jobs including: getting favorable policy and materials, import plan of IVECO CKD parts, import licensee application, the negotiation of joint-venture with IVECO, import duty reduction application, etc.

Business Planning Department, NAC, Being responsible for rewarding system making for all plants and companies in whole corporation group, and then IVECO CKD import planning.
