Hello, I’m Yilan Yang. I also go by Benny. I’m majoring in Digital Transformation and Technological Information​ at CityuHK (City University of Hong Kong), and I have a strong passion for management and leadership learning.I not only delved into digital technology - related courses but also explored interdisciplinary fields—such as business strategy, organizational behavior, and innovation management—to broaden my understanding of how technology intersects with management.Beyond academics, I’ve gained hands - on experience through internships. As a Headhunting Intern​ at KOS International Limited (from September 2025 to December 2025, 4 months), I was responsible for sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the recruitment process to match talent with client needs. Later, as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Intern)​ at ByteDance (since March 2026, 2 months), I’ve been involved in end - to - end recruitment for tech and management roles, including job posting, candidate engagement, and interview coordination to build high - caliber teams.Additionally, I’ve guided high school students in shaping their university plans and selecting courses aligned with their interests and strengths, helping them bridge academic choices with future career aspirations.
