Led the procurement and logistics for multi-billion-dollar global organization in the aerospace & defense industry. Professional responsibility for the entire procurement and logistics organizations within the company, consisting of approximately 750 employees. Managed procurement activities exceeding $2.5B in the global market, including purchasing COTS, BTP, BTS items, services, and FMF-funded procurement across various categories (electronics, hardware, mechanics, IT, chemicals, composites, electro-optics, space, systems, subsystems, operation etc.). Participate in the company's BOD and present IAI at procurement and Logistics conference. Key accomplishments: > Developed strategic procurement and logistics plans for IAI in collaboration with external consulting firms and senior management to support new organization structure - consolidation of division while preventing duplication costs. > Led a strategic project for the relocation of IAI to a new logistics center (the second-largest project in the country), resulting in M$ of savings due to improved operational efficiency. > Initiated, planned, executed, integrated and managed a new procurement center in the USA. > Negotiated and managed company-wide framework agreements for all units, leveraging economies of scale to achieve long-term savings of hundreds of millions of dollars. > Lead innovation and automation initiatives in procurement and logistics processes, driving efficiency and cost savings. > Establish a KPI system—set targets for procurement managers and monitor progress. > Responsible for supply chain risk management within the company.

Led all M&A (mergers and acquisitions) activities within the company and managed the oversight of all its subsidiaries. As part of my role, I managed the company’s business development processes, including due diligence, valuations, and the approval of transactions by the company’s board of directors. Additionally, I was involved in developing new growth engines and partnership agreements. In total, the business development activities amounted to hundreds of millions of dollars. Key accomplishments: > Established a new subsidiary in India to support the domestic projects and offset agreements. > Established a new factory in the U.S. to leverage business operations in the region. > Led due diligence teams, managed negotiations, and executed acquisition/partnership complex agreements in tens of millions of dollars worldwide. > Evaluated investment feasibility in companies, new growth engines, and established technological incubators in collaboration with venture capital funds. > Work closely with the company’s Board of Directors and the Israeli Government’s ministers’ committee and serve as an observer at subsidiary board meetings. > Prepare PMI (post-merger/acquisition integration) plans and oversee their implementation.

Managed a team of economists in the finance department of the Engine Division to support the entire business units with price proposals, BOM pricing, agreements, guarantees and budget management. In addition, As part of my role, I was responsible for the financial reporting of the factory using SAP and monitoring inventory and procurement discrepancies. Key accomplishments: > Established a team of economists - Recruited, trained and managed. > Conduct price proposals and build BOMs (including for the U.S. government), negotiate with customers in Israel and abroad in high-volume agreements. > Prepared budgets, procurement plans, and business plans for the factory; track and monitor performance against the budget/plan.

Served as an economist liaison in the finance department of MLM Division with Space, Telemetry, and Command & Control departments on projects with the Ministry of Defense. As part of my role, I Negotiated with customers and suppliers in Israel and abroad, participated in tender committees, price proposals, and managed project oversight. Key accomplishments: > Led and managed a consortium for a strategic project involving multiple countries. > Team player for establishing a new management office in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense. > Extensive training in SAP modules and served as a key user and leader in implementing the system in the company.
