- Design and deliver semester- and- academic- year hybrid technology workshops to support Foreign Language Teaching instructors; Produce Canvas sites for educational technology courses for language instructors at Penn. -Conduct research on world langauge instrcution pedagogies; design and conduct surveys; analyze survey and research data to improve and empower PLC instructor's teaching and learning experience. - Support the Fullbright scholars in academic development and navigating Penn and Philly resources. - Offer administrative support to the Executive Director of Language Education in the Penn School of Arts and Sciences, and facilitate community building for foreign language instructors at Penn.

- Responsible for assessing newcomer immigrants and refugee client’s English proficiency level and enrolling them into Adult English learning programs. - Responsible for Adult ESL course material development and design. - Working with the Adult English Education Team to help low in-come immigrants and refugees from Burma, Congo, Sudan, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Haiti, Pakistan, etc., adapt to US culture and navigating services and neighborhoods.

-Assist student and temp job requisition, hiring and onboarding processes. -Research and help construct new resource sections for Penn HR (e.g., neurodiversity support resources). -Responsible for managing the SAS HR website to communicate information and processes clearly. -Generate new form templates for various functions(e.g., PIQ forms for job requisitions) and organize/analyze interview form reports. -Provide Administrative Support to HR Team. -Executive Assistant Support for the SAS HR Director.

-Undertook student affairs involving more than one hundred students and staff as House Dean; -Served as an admission officer in 2021, received admission officer trainings and had periodical feedback discussions with the admission team; reviewed profiles of over 120 applicants and interviewed candidates to assess their leadership, scholarship, entrepreneurship and citizenship. -Designed and led the courses Art of Public Speaking and Intercultural Communication and served as the instructor in the Intercultural Communication studies related capstone projects. -Liaised with US team members when working in China; cooperated with staff members and seminar leaders from multiple countries for venue affairs; cultivated leadership, management skills, teamwork skills and communicative skills under the instruction of supervisors.

-Headed a foreign publicity and communication team with over 130 members; -Planned, reviewed and coordinated publicity work production on Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, YouTube and Quora; -In charge of the foreign publicity of international activities and global forums undertaken by SISU; -Served as the chief writer in the first year; personal works have over 35k views; -Acquired leadership and HR management skills under the instruction of the Secretary of Mission Committee in SISU.
