First data science hire at Clark, where I built the MLOps practice from scratch and led delivery of ML solutions across the full customer lifecycle. Lead scoring, recommendation, and customer-matching models generated over 20MM EUR in additional annual sales. Fine-tuned and deployed BERT on NPS data as part of a cross-functional task force, driving a 100%+ improvement in NPS within six months. Also prototyped generative AI solutions for document extraction, sales call transcription and QA, and RAG-based contract Q&A using self-hosted LLMs — laying the groundwork for significant operational automation.

Supported 200MM EUR in annual marketplace sales across Amazon Europe through ML, experimentation, and data engineering. Applied causal machine learning methods (DoWhy, EconML) to optimize FBA/FBM product distribution across European markets, identifying 7MM EUR in annual cost savings. Also drove business expansion into new marketplaces and M&A opportunities through web scraping, API data pipelines, and data warehouse development.

I provide data analytics support for consulting engagements at major European sports leagues, ski resorts, tourist attractions, and cinema chains, in order to help clients optimize pricing strategies and boost revenues. I also use machine learning and statistical tools to simulate clients' booking curves at various price points, predict attendance, and implement intelligent dynamic pricing solutions

I helped launch a multimillion dollar family office fund to invest Chinese capital into leading American venture capital funds and technology startups in areas such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and life sciences. I was responsible for coordinating market research in the US and China, performing due diligence on deals, and optimizing the company's front-office and back-office operations.
