I graduated from TARUMT with a degree in Psychology, and I am currently working as a HRBP. With a strong foundation in psychology, I’m passionate about applying human behavior insights to support business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and build positive workplace cultures.I bring strong communication and problem solving skills, allowing me to understand different perspectives, manage situations effectively, and deliver practical solutions. I approach challenges with a proactive and solution oriented mindset, and I’m always eager to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.I’m particularly interested in areas such as employee relationship, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
