• Oversee all legal and compliance matters and advise on all legal and regulatory issues for APAC business; serve as a key part of Resideo APAC leadership team to provide support and guidance on an ongoing basis to all business functions, contribute to decision-making and advise on legal solutions; • Analyze and assess risks and benefits of matters of strategic importance to APAC business, and provide legal support for global strategic projects, such as cross-border M&A, post-acquisition integration, legal entities' set-up and liquidation; • Manage litigations and arbitrations for and against Resideo APAC entities, and direct dispute resolution efforts; • Develop standard contract templates; institute contracting process related to contracts preparation, review and approval in APAC; participate in contracts negotiation; and provide contract trainings to sales and sourcing teams; in order to enhance internal control and increase efficiency of legal services delivery; and • Improve internal compliance management system, implement Resideo global compliance policies and local regulatory rules; drive compliance culture establishment within the organization; and conduct preventive legal and compliance trainings to APAC employees.

• Worked as legal head in Asia; managed and handled all legal-related matters including regulatory compliance, contracts and other legal documents drafting and reviewing, legal risk control and legal advice provision; contributed to business decisions, organization policies and management of all departments from legal perspective; • Assisted the Chairman of the Board to preside over board meetings of all China wholly-owned subsidiaries and joint ventures, and prepared board meeting minutes and board resolutions; • Provided local support for IAC Group’s global strategic M&A, joint venture and spin-off projects; and • Conducted compliance review for daily business and provided legal and compliance trainings to employees.

Provide legal and contract support for company’s airlines business in the APAC region; draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents; provide legal advice and manage legal risks related to contract performance and disputes; review business programs and advise on appropriate legal solutions; conduct compliance review for daily business from anti-corruption (FCPA), anti-trust and export compliance perspective; serve as APAC regional M & A focal, and provide legal support for M&A projects in the APAC region; coordinate with functional teams in sales, pricing, finance and business operation, to ensure business success.
