Manage a team with 8 members with projects below: 1. High Level Network implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting which involves multiple subnet, VLAN and gateway set up and firewall implementation. • To design and implement high level network architecture with different VLAN and subnet which involves IT and OT network application and segregations 2. ETL set up for machines which involves Production Instrumentation via Industrial Communication Protocols and Gateway • To extract the parameters stored in PLC and display to HMI, further connect HMI to the internet and transfer data to SQL using MODBUS TCP/IP protocol. 3. IOT real time and historical analytical dashboard with alert function development involves Microsoft SQL, Azure Analytical Service, and PowerBi • To design data pipeline of ETL from local server to PowerBi dashboard by using different data path such as Azure IoT Hub, RESTful API, Microsoft SharePoint and SQL 4. Digitalization Project implementation and troubleshooting (Factory OEE Monitoring, Glove Output Monitoring system, Utilities Monitoring System up to 30 factories and 200 production lines. • To manage a team to perform planning, execution and commissioning on automation projects roll out in all factories. 5. Digitalization Transformation Project via Microsoft Power Automate and PowerApps Portal • To digitalize and transform manual input and paperwork to fully automate process via Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate Platform 6. New Factory SCADA set up which involves P&ID diagram drawing (GStarCAD), Instrument (Sensor, Auto Valve, Pump and Motor), Networking route • To design and set up the automation system and networking in new factories, to study on the suitable instrumentations within project timeline
