▪ Design goods-to-person, shelf-to-person automated solutions with AMR/AGV for clients in e-commerce, manufacturing and 3PL sectors. Collaborate with clients to analyze business workflows, define system requirements, establish data exchange standards and API integration. ▪ Deploy automation systems at client facilities, ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components. ▪ Attended in agile software development, identified business requirements and potential challenges/issues, tested functionality and reliability of customized Salesforce systems to support healthcare research. ▪ Created test plans, cases and scripts via SharePoint, executed manual tests and managed defects via JIRA, collaborated with developers and business analysts to solve issues, learned Selenium with senior testers. ▪ Created standard operating procedures of different software testing phases for future testers.

▪ Maintained, troubleshooted and tested various B2B systems including sales order, purchase order and warehouse systems with VFP, SQL server and EDI knowledge. ▪ Created and managed system improvement cases. Communicated between worldwide system users, the U.S. system analysis team and Taiwanese programming team across different time zones.

▪ Taiwan Youth Project: parsed archived questionnaires to produce SPSS syntaxes with VBA to support future academic research/analysis/follow-up toward interviewee’s life events and social-economical status. ▪ Social network-healthcare resources research project: deployed to south Taiwan, collected research data through in-depth interviews for sociology-epidemiology analysis.
