- Successfully handled 327 customer quality complaints with a 95% closure rate and drove 97 structured 8D reports across 200+ industrial customers. - Maintained fast complaint resolution with an average resolution time of 34 days, closing 83% of cases within 60 days through close coordination with production, engineering and suppliers. - Owned customer quality complaints from initial containment through root-cause investigation, CAPA implementation, effectiveness verification, DFMEA/PFMEA updates, and customer closure. - Contributed to the setup and continuous improvement of quality management systems by aligning processes with ISO 9001 standards, defining operational procedures, and tracking and resolving non-conformities. - Performed hands-on inspection and rework of electronic devices, checking defective units against specifications, following work instructions, documenting findings, and verifying repaired products against quality requirements. - Supported external, internal and customer audits. - Managed outsourcing operations with an assembly site in Thailand, improving first time yield by driving supplier quality initiatives and corrective actions. - Reduced risk lots and defective products from 7k to 1.8k by negotiating specifications with vendors and customers, defining inspection criteria and acceptance standards, and developing countermeasures, rework SOPs, and risk assessments. Achieved approximately $300k in cost savings. - Performed returned-product inspections, analyzed findings, and drove follow-up actions with production and quality teams. - Served as the linking pin between after-sales, production, suppliers, and development teams, successfully resolving 193 customer quality issues across touch panels, LEDs, and liquid crystal modules in a single year. - Prepared limit samples to negotiate specifications, reduced complaint to 0% and saved company loss. - Reviewed product specification with supplier and customers to reduce the spec issue. - Traveled to customers' sites to manage defective products/risk lots. - Earned an A+ in the yearly performance evaluation.

During my study, I have developed a broad knowledge in the fundamentals and applications of different renewable technologies and especially developed my proficiency in photovoltaics. Apart from my SET study, I have completed 5 out of 6 core courses and some electives in the Process Engineering track in the master program of Chemical Engineering to strengthen my knowledge of chemical process control.
