Converted from project engineer to software engineer to support on the manpower shortage of software department. Job scope covered develop, modify, debug and improve for Material Management System(MMS), ASRS, WMS. Machine process flow modification based on customer’s requirement and redesign the process flow to shorten the turn around time of machine and maximise the machine stability. Carry out data verification and monitor the machine to run in tiptop condition. Debug ASAP to avoid any interruption on customer’s production output. Study and understand the overall process flow of ASRS machine and WMS machine. Minor modification on the existing program and resolve the problem facing by customer. Extended support to other departments for the project discussion and design idea recommendations.

Documentation, presentation, project management and troubleshooting for MMS,ARSR,WMS machine. Develop & prepare document based on the requirement of TUV to apply for the certification. Study and understand the process flow of each MMS, ASRS, WMS machine and finding the way for improvement on TAT, assist, guide and discuss among diff department to develop and publish machine user manual for users. Involve in people management, manpower arrangement to follow up for each single machine to make sure the machine delivered on time and improve machine stability. Join daily toolbox meeting to report project progress to supervisor and BOD to track on the project schedule and discuss of difficulties facing.

Learn on HTML and CSS basic to develop a basic website. Study and go thru the C# coding and understand the linkage between C# coding and SQL. Successfully develop smart locker system by using the knowledge learnt. Study on OEE industrial system and try to develop a simple system based on the design of senior developed system and make some modifications on it. Assist supervisor to develop a software and done a User Acceptance test (UAT) on it.
