I am self-motivated, friendly and enjoy being in an office environment. I consider myself to be an enthusiastic person who performs all the office tasks to the highest standard and within given timescales. My skills include Microsoft Office, proven electronic diary management, good telephone manners and client interface skills. I also speak fluent Spanish, it is my mother language, as I am from Latin America and fluent English. With my current employer I am responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the filing, copying, designing, report writing and invoicing jobs. My others duties receiving and handling telephone enquiries, dealing with queries and providing general information about our products.
