- Directed a team of six and a £1m+ annual budget to drive UK greenfield wind, solar & battery early stage development and equity investments. - Oversaw the operation and growth of company’s UK joint venture with Peel (PCR), doubling its portfolio within six months by securing equity investment approvals for solar & battery and wind projects and associated DEVEX. - Led the technical and commercial risk analysis for the advanced stage 100MWp solar (NSIP) and 100MW wind portfolios, including land negotiation, grid connection review, planning preparation, and potential PPA origination and CfD auction timings, securing investment approval for extra DEVEX. - Worked extensively on joint venture acquisition from initial deal structure to SPA, and post-acquisition business plan. - Post integration, secured equity investment approval for utility scale greenfield battery projects with associated DEVEX. - Developed a GIS-integrated commercial & technical evaluation platform, leveraging GIS, design practice, and strong financial modelling skills. It halved the assessment time while maintaining 10%+ unlevered IRR for selected sites. - Secured grid offer for extra GW level solar and wind portfolio, positioning them for equity investment approval. - Supported 50MW RtB battery acquisition. - Drove early-stage solar & battery portfolio evaluation for 20+ projects.

- Spearheaded the origination function and established a 15GW+ UK greenfield solar and battery storage portfolio by screening 100+ sites from grid, land, planning, commercial metrics. - Secured equity investment approval for £1m+ grid application costs (also worked on grid app preparation) and devex budget for each solar/battery project. - Executed 2.3GW of the pipeline, including land search and negotiation, grid operator liaison, planning authority engagement, EIA, and planning appraisal and application preparation. One 600MW battery has been made public.

- Led the global solar energy yield assessment team with 14 analysts. - Introduced a round-the-clock working structure based on the office location of the team members, reducing the overall yield study timeframe by 50% and increasing staff utilisation from 50–60% to 80–90%.

Managed 80 experts across 9 offices, covering 10+ major disciplines. - Project managed the multi-million pounds desalination OE project in Middle East, also reviewed the process and mechanical design of the onsite plant.

As a Project Engineer, I worked on solar PV, CSP, and onshore & offshore wind projects, covering feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, technology evaluations, contract reviews, and construction & operational monitoring, for investor, as well as buyside and sellside transactions.

Understood and applied complex knowledge on research-level publications to study flow over multiple cavities by RANS and LES, including heat transfer and noise prediction. 3. The PhD research was paused between 2013 and 2017 due to working at Mott MacDonald.
