Oversee end-to-end in-house payroll operations for approximately 1,000 employees across APAC (Philippines, Singapore, Nepal), ensuring accurate and timely biweekly and monthly payroll processing. 2. Partner closely with HR and Finance to validate employee data, reconcile payroll with general ledger entries, and uphold full compliance with regional statutory requirements. 3. Manage relationships with third-party payroll vendors, resolving discrepancies promptly and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. 4. Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of new payroll systems, supporting data migration, UAT, issue resolution, and process redesign to enhance operational efficiency. 5. Serve as a key internal contact for payroll-related matters, providing guidance to stakeholders and ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations across supported regions.
