Took charge of migrating the team's automated tests suite from Selenium to Playwright, while still contributing in primary responsibilities such as product maintenance, feature development, code review, and so on.

Responsible for maintaining a complex fintech product, including but not limited to maintenance, feature development, code review, and so on. Took charge of the team's automated testing suite and reduced flakiness, leading to 90%+ pass rate (at least 30% increase). This, along with excellence in other areas, led to a quick promotion.

Played a significant role in Pingspace’s first commercial project, where Pingspace delivers an automated warehouse system for the client using a combination of robotics and web application. Mainly responsible for developing the integration with the client’s existing systems and developing multiple report pages for the web application. Contributions helped bring the project to a success within the agreed timeline, setting Pingspace up for future success.

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating Softinn’s products and system with minimal or no technical bugs, while making sure the system would always improve the business processes, performance, and value of Softinn and/or Softinn’s clients. Also expected to supervise or co-supervise juniors or trainees in the Product Department, if any. Introduced applicable aspects of concepts such as Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to the team and codebase, while developing features including but not limited to improving the Subscription module, and integrating Softinn’s Booking Engine with a channel manager. Contributions helped improve Softinn’s internal processes and enabled Softinn to bring in more customers, improving revenue.

First proper foray into the game development industry, in an attempt to fulfill a long-standing wish of being involved in game development. Mainly worked on the upcoming (as of June 2021) game “Kabaret”, specifically developing/maintaining some of its minigames using Unity. Managed to perform to a good standard despite communication difficulties due to the current pandemic situation.

Responsible for managing the product department, including requirements gathering, planning/maintaining the product roadmap, software architecture designing, UI/UX designing, and distributing tasks among the team members.

Worked on the development of Softinn’s products, including a Booking Engine, Property Management System, Content Management System, and multiple hotel websites. My performance during the internship earned me an offer for the Technical Product Manager position halfway (3 months) into the internship.

Mainly worked in the registration department, whilst also helping out in other departments such as cashier and pharmacy. Also involved in fixing various IT, electrical, and electronic problems that may arise. On friendly relations with all staff and was regarded as helpful and a quick learner.
