Material Developer for Golf and Running Training products - Responsible for dual fabric sourcing development. Responsible for AOP Subsequent Bulk Color Approval. Support color self-approval for carryover fabrics in solid lab dip, 1st bulk - Responsible for all-over-print fabric development and sample yardage management. This will involve working closely with business stakeholders on seasonal fabric selection activities and overcome any quality related cases prior to receipt of bulk orders. - Communicating with Graphic Designers in overseas offices and mills. Conducting artwork design feasibility check (Technical, Cost, Manufacturing). - Bulk roller approval - Artwork (compare to Approved final Development AOP strike-off). Responsible for communicate fabric changes as requested by BU (for Late Add/ Late Changes to material selection). - Support on liaise with Development Team, Material Team, Colorist to overcome any quality related cases prior to receipt of bulk orders. - Support for critical fabrication failure on cross-staining fastness/ migration, review 360 garment wash test/ oven test result with R & D for decision before OPD date. Support consolidation on color fastness failure against GB test requirement and inform to Puma China through Production team. - Support on reviewing fabric supplier's predicted color fastness and provide technical feedback.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT - Lead & Implement Quality Control Standard and Control Plan. - Implement components quality control plan (color, final inspection, LAB test,) - Manage supplier’s quality system (HRP, QA, Lab, Toxic, and Environment Audits). - Write a commercial project to answer the customer need. - Cooperate with supplier to develop new fabric, Labdip and 1st production validation - Control the quality at supplier to guarantee only 1st quality will be shipped to customer. - Do weekly on line process control to make sure every parameter well control in the factory.

INDUSTRIALIZATION: Work through the process by on-the-field checking - Learning about the Dyeing process of woven fabric and on the field to check parameters and ensure quality in production - Learning about the special Treatment processes as moisture management, water repellent - Learning about the specifications for color control on textile - Practice checking color of fabric with DATACOLOR 600 spectrocolorimeter COSTING - Decrease component price. - Master cost of the material, process cost and works on cost reductions program. - Negotiate and optimize the best price/ quality/ lead time.

- Learning about the Dyeing and finishing of knitting and woven fabric - Training about the Coating process on woven fabric and working on Taguchi method to research main parameters impact to Coating recipes and process - Learning about how to build processes controlling product quality
