With extensive experience across various fields, I have worked with major platforms, including Fortune 500 new energy vehicle manufacturing (BYD), state-owned tourism and real estate (OCT), an internet unicorn (ByteDance), a scientific research institute (IBR), and a prestigious comprehensive university (GZU). This background has equipped me with a broad, multi-domain perspective and advanced management skills. At a Fortune 500 company, I successfully built an HR team from the ground up and consistently won Best Manager awards in national subsidiary evaluations, leading my team to multiple awards for excellence. I have developed deep, cross-functional expertise in human resources management, covering the three HR pillars (BP, SSC, and COE) and the six core HR modules. I have also successfully led the establishment and operations of overseas subsidiaries, as well as the initial setup of domestic factories. My experience in global HR management spans markets in Dubai, South Africa, Turkey, Indonesia, and Thailand, giving me a unique combination of global vision and localized execution capabilities. To date, I have applied for over 20 patents, with 12 already approved (including invention and utility model patents), and hold copyright for a literary work.
