- Manage and supervise 3PL and value-added logistics operations for agents and direct clients, covering customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, cargo handling, and exhibition logistics services. - Handle air and sea import shipments from Japan and Singapore under EXW/FOB terms, including freight booking, shipping documentation (SI, invoices, packing list), customs clearance, and delivery arrangements for CNC machinery and accessories. - Coordinate with carriers, airlines, shipping lines, vendors, and customers via multiple platforms (Email, WhatsApp, WeChat, Zalo) to manage bookings, monitor shipment schedules, and ensure alignment with cargo cut-off times, preventing off-load or delays. - Process customs declarations using ECUS5-VNACCS and handle quarantine/food safety registrations via the Vietnam National Single Window system. - Manage bonded warehouse and bonded yard operations across Southern and Northern Vietnam, ensuring efficient cargo flow and on-time delivery execution. - Monitor exhibition cargo move-in/move-out operations, including cargo manifest preparation and labeling, to ensure accurate handling and timely delivery. - Prepare quotations, debit notes, customer invoices, and monthly SOA reports; verify supplier and payment-on-behalf invoices to ensure accurate cost control and settlement. - Supervise daily operations by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure service quality and operational efficiency. - Provide operational guidance to team members and coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to ensure efficient workflow.
