-Ensure payroll records are accurately maintained including all relevant statutory requirements. -Ensure the timely and accurate processing of the payroll in accordance with the relevant deadlines. -Liaise with Payroll HR as appropriate with reference to new starters, changes to employee details and leavers. -Have solid knowledge of local Labor Laws and be able to question payroll calculations, comfortable in using local collective agreements and legal tools in pay calculation -Complete all post payroll activities in a timely and accurate manner (eg Finance report upload, disbursement of 3rd party payments, internal reporting etc) -Perform the above payroll activities and other countries for the Europe region countries, as required -Resolve payroll related queries from both employees and other functions -Verify payroll tax filing for all legal entities -To perform project regarding global payroll standardization and boost up integration rate from 20% to 80%.

-Performed various administrative tasks, completed financial market research, and identified and communicated with client, business parties, and relevant authority. -Maintained and managed documents and records and executed other tasks assigned by supervisors. -Participated in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Control Testing for client company.
