The Henry Crown Fellowship Program, established in 1997, seeks to develop the next generation of community-spirited leaders, providing them with the tools necessary to meet the challenges of business leadership in the 21st century. Each year, a class of 20-22 leaders is chosen to engage in a thought-provoking journey of personal exploration—to move beyond success to a place of growing significance in the world. The Fellowship challenges each individual to learn and to teach, and to stretch themselves further than they ever thought possible. It honors the memory of Chicago industrialist Henry Crown (1896-1990), whose legendary career was marked by a lifelong commitment to honor, integrity, industry and philanthropy. Each class of Fellows is chosen from a wide pool of accomplished entrepreneurial leaders (between the ages of 30 and 45). These Fellows have already achieved considerable success in the private sector and are at an inflection point in their lives or careers—looking toward the broader role they might take on in their communities or globally. The two-year program is comprised of a structured series of four seminars (approximately 24 days in total) under the guidance of skilled senior moderators of the Aspen Institute along with a required leadership Venture of each Fellow’s own design and choosing. Seminars are held at the Aspen Institute campus in Aspen, Colorado, the Wye River facility on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and at other locations around the world.

As a board member of PSYRES, I help guide the foundation’s mission to advance responsible, evidence-based research into psychedelics and their therapeutic potential. My focus is on strengthening the bridge between science, ethics, and public understanding. I contribute to strategic direction, support fundraising efforts, and champion research that expands access to safe and effective treatments for mental health, trauma, and human wellbeing. PSYRES works to ensure that discoveries in this field are rooted in integrity, scientific rigor, and compassionate care for the people these treatments are meant to serve.

International event & performing arts company with an extensive list of clients including brands such as Google, Coca Cola, T-Mobile, Apple, Prime Video, CBS and more. JAD also produces original projects and has launched the likes of Teniskology, a multi-day European sneaker festival, Ynspirology, an art, music and culture festival catered to Generation-Y, and Cycles, a disruptive and highly immersive theatrical experience. JAD Productions were honored with multiple BEA World Awards in 2015, 2016 and 2018 and also multiple regional awards for digital campaigns, live events, social impact and exceptional creativity.

In 2009, Yemi founded the non-profit organisation Dance Academy Prague which provides training for a diverse pool of talented seeking various levels of experience. Additionally, he devotes time-out to work with disadvantaged children in Indonesia, India, and the Czech Republic. Currently, he is establishing educational scholarships for local communities in Nigeria and hopes to expand and develop in the philanthropic arena in the near future.

Since 2017, Yemi has served on the advisory board of Slovak Telecom & Czech T-Mobile.
