Handling demand and logistics responsibility for Egypt, securing supply for the market and adhering to target stocks and budgets. Enhancing the newly established S&OP process. Managing relationships with supply plants and our market, and managing the relationships with our Distributors in Egypt

Responsible to develop and execute sourcing strategies for bottles & closures & assemblies portfolios cross category in North Africa, Central Africa, Middle East and Pakistan, in line with global procurement strategy. Manage a portfolio of 40 m€ spend. Responsible for financial and non-financial targets delivery as well as successful implementation of innovation projects on time from a procurement and supply point of view. Main responsibilities include: • Supplier Selection and Development • Contract negotiation and maintenance • Buildinging cost models and ensures to have cost break down of converters and understands fully the main cost drivers. • Integrating supplier value into the business • Analysis and benchmarking of supplier capabilities, capacities, and cost structure.

Plan, organize, and implement the new innovations in the factory by leading other functions of the factory throughout the projects’ durations (R&D , Planning, Logistics, Factory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regional teams, …. etc.)

Handle the export customers’ orders for other Unilever companies (Mashreq – Maghreb – South Africa – Pakistan - ……etc.) Consolidate the demand and orders from customers and communicate to planning, with follow ups on production timings and availability Conduct a DSR (Demand & Supply Reconciliation) meeting with customer Once products are available, distribute among the customers trying to fulfill their orders and demand Export the goods to all customers include all logistical operations follow up (Production - Warehousing – Shipping and export formalities – 3rd party logistics ……. etc.) Plan, organize, and implement the new innovations in the factory by leading other functions of the factory throughout the projects’ durations (R&D , Planning, Logistics, Factory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regional teams, …. etc.)

 Established the Export CS department in BUL factory from scratch and handle the Export Customers orders in terms of planning with the supply planners and export operations.  Handle the export customers’ orders for other Unilever companies (Mashreq – Maghreb – South Africa – Pakistan - ……etc.)  Consolidate the demand and orders from customers and communicate to planning, with follow ups on production timings and availability.  Conduct a DSR (Demand & Supply Reconciliation) meeting with customer.  Once products are available, distribute among the customers trying to fulfill their orders and demand.  Export the goods to all customers include all logistical operations follow up (Production - Warehousing – Shipping and export formalities – 3rd party logistics ……. etc.)

 Responsible for the total imports portfolio from Egypt’s factory for personal care products as a part of a one year assignment to enhance the operation between the two Unilever companies

 Handle and lead new projects and products introduction for Sourcing (export) countries  Leading marketing and sales departments in out-sourcing countries in meeting their dead-times and requirements  Handling the new exports demand plans and coordination with the production in factories,  Concluding deals with Unilever Companies, announcing and leading the implementation of the project within Unilever Mashreq leading all other concerned departments

 Shipping orders for export customers and handling their orders with planning and using SUMI system for ordering process with customers.  Handle the total cycle for export orders, from receiving the demand to shipping the product to the customer  Coordinate with the with the planning and production teams to satisfy the export orders  Preparing the export documentation formalities with the Third Party Logistics Provider (Dealt with customers in Russia, Morocco, Southern Africa, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey, Lebanon, Sudan, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Palestine, Angola, Kenya)
