• Plan and implement network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and data center solutions, with IP planning and VLAN management. • Configure routers, switches (Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Ubiquiti, etc) and firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc) for security and performance. • Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand client requirements, provide technical expertise, and support pre-sales activities with network design proposals.

• Provide network administration, maintenance, and support (break/fix) for customers specializing in Cisco, Fortinet, Ruijie, Aruba, etc. • Configure routers, switches and firewalls to ensure maximum performance and reliability. • Collaborate with teams to identify requirements, monitor network performance, and troubleshoot connectivity, security, and application issues.

• Provide technical support and advice to customers/end users in various fields, such as networking, security, virtualization, backup, etc. • Communicate and brainstorm with the team to identify needs, monitor performance, and diagnose and resolve issues with networks and systems. • Maintain and update company/customer-owned infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and servers.
