• Compliances with local regulatory. i) Monitoring Program  Periodic air monitoring, part of Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulations 1978 and 2014.  Scheduled waste ESWIS management, part of Environmental Quality (Scheduled Waste) Regulations 2005.  OER online monitoring, part of Environmental Quality (Industrial Effluent) Regulations 2009. ii) Compliance Design & Planning  Locate Scheduled Waste bin layout for entire Penang Manufacturing Plant.  We recycle station setup. Process involving planning, budget allocation & communication on recycle station setup as part of Altera integration program. iii) Environment Campaign/Project  Recycle of solder ball, solder dross and lead acid batteries through qualified vendor. Result: Resale value of US$18k & cost saving on transportation and treatment fee.  Involvement in Earth Month Celebration 2016 and Industrial Zero Waste Best Practices 2016.  Penang Decontamination project and Kulim site scheduled waste management which include the notification, storage and disposal of scheduled waste. • Audit / Internal  Assist in Corporate Audit as Auditee Result: Zero repeat finding and minor finding in Environmental discipline.  Department of Environment site inspection. Result: Zero finding – Quarterly self-assessment part of compliance to local regulatory and Intel Standard requirement. – Quarterly environmental indicator report. – Supplier management on compliance maintenance program. Assessment thru in-prompt site line walk & documentation review with supplier to ensure the compliance. • Data Management / License tracking / Administrative activity  Managing permit renewal High Volume Item (HVI) export permit to Glencore USA.  OSL badging management for Penang site in comply with Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB).  Data analyzing quarterly solid waste collection & indicator for Intel Malaysia.  New Contractor Orientation (NCO) coordination.

Administrative / Training  Daily trade products processing in Hong Kong import bills specialize in letter of credit and collection.  Running of daily reports to achieve work optimization and work balancing in team. Make sure all bills are recorded in order and follow up from time to time as payment has to be remitted without further delay.  Preparation of training slides for different trade products. This will enhance the efficiency in cross training program as lesser time is consumed and new trainees can obtain better understanding. Customer Experience  Communicate with the Relationship Manager in the bill settlement.  Perform checker and maker function within different trade products and able to switch the role efficiently.  OFAC screening in document checking of collection bills.  Coordinate and communicate with Hong Kong support team in the releasing of documents as well as follow up customer instructions.  Co-team leader in team coordination and serve as runner in urgent transaction.
