Leading and manage Project Team in achieving project objective and meet client's expectation. Project Management Professional (PMP)

Assisting Project Director on the submission of project proposal (fees proposal), study report and tender submission for engineering consulting services. Work to include preparing of professional fees & reimbursable expenses claim by stages as agreed in MOA. As mainly worked as a project contract administrator & management.

To deliver the project within time frame as agreed with meeting client’s objective. To estimate & monitor the project budgetary cost. To attend CCCM and make necessary reporting to client when necessary. To lead the project team and monitor the progress of work during design stage. Project Involved: Genting Highlands Water Supply & Distribution System Pipe Rehabilitation for Johor Bahru 2021 & etc.

To deliver the conceptual design to Client & Ranhill SAJ for concurrence. To estimate the project budgetary cost for client’s appointment. To lead the project team and liaison with authorities on the submission and necessary approval.

Act as project coordinator during construction stage for several projects which are on-going.

Assisting Project Director in preparing of detailed design & reporting, value engineering, option study, authorities. submission and etc. to ensure the implementation of project to meet Client's expectation and authorities' requirement such as IWK, SYABAS (Air Selangor), JPS and etc. especially for KM (Kebenaran Merancang) in master development.

Assisting Project Director on the submission of project proposal (fees proposal), study report and tender submission for engineering consulting services. Involved in project feasibility study, design review study & reporting, value engineering and etc. by modeling and carried out simulation study to the water supply distribution system for projects such as in Benghazi & Tajura, Libya.

Involved in project management, contractual matters and etc. especially in project Semangar 2 under PAAB. Assisting Project Team in preparing progress report by using Microsoft Project, minutes of meeting for CCCM and etc. to meet client’s KPI.

Involved in all process of project from preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation & reporting, contract documents (included of rationalization of BQ), issuance of construction drawings, reviewed and verified on the as-built drawing.
