• Communicated with department heads and staff to identify specific business needs and implemented an AI infrastructure tailored to the company’s internal requirements. • Developed a customer service ticket tracking Power BI dashboard and integrated with Zendesk API, enabling real-time data access and improved workforce management. • Created a CX dashboard in Power BI connected to an on-premises SQL server, utilized in weekly executive meetings to inform strategic decisions. • Built and deployed two automation workflows with Power Automate integrated with MS Outlook and OpenAI’s GPT-4o model, facilitating semi-automated customer email responses through MS Teams for quality assurance, significantly enhancing operational speed. • Documented and maintained comprehensive project records on SharePoint, ensuring updated, detailed documentation and version control throughout project lifecycles.

• Introduced data-driven methods to identify and solve challenges in the Global Production – Laundry Care department, improving decision-making efficiency. • Collaborated with global Industry 4.0 partners and internal MES and IT teams to align on best practices and uphold industry standards. • Preparing IT processes and equipment specifications within the corporate knowledge base with the understanding of MES implementation and sustainable development. • Managed the transition from legacy Power BI Report Server to Power BI Cloud, incorporating AI tools to enhance dashboard functionality. • Independently created and maintained data views on Denodo, along with real-time dashboards on Power BI Cloud. • Initiated the development of a cross-departmental SQL Server Performance Monitoring solution, optimizing system efficiency and availability. This solution was adopted in various factories, including China, Poland, and Germany.

• Worked closely with HR department to streamline existing processes by introducing cost-effective technological upgrades, improving overall efficiency. • Designed and implemented a talent acquisition solution using AI and digital tools. The project was selected by senior leadership as the company solution after a competitive evaluation involving five other proposals.
