* 1. Maintain PSL(AVL) for ME parts to make sure supplier’s quality system and process to meet DELL request * 2. Lead survey and work with sourcing team to qualify/disqualify new supplier * 3. Take actions for all of supplier issues found in Customer/ODM/supplier, minimize impacting to DELL * 4. Join QBR with ODM and key suppliers to drive improving in high level * 5. Drive to ODM/supplier meet KPI (LRR, SLRR,KPY,HSR…) with quality tools (8D,SPC,GB…) * 6. Weekly/Monthly quality meeting with ODD/supplier to review quality performance and follow up action items which come from supplier * 7. Work with Engineering and sourcing department to develop local supplier and production transfer, participate in evaluation of supplier. * 8. Review TA/NUDD/LL/DFM/AQP(PFD,FMEA,PMP)/PPAP(GR&R,FAI,Cpk…) with ODM/supplier to manage NPI to meet MP without shortage * 9. NPI build performance review and issue FACA follow up * 10. Qualify supplier process including SOP/SIP/fixtures in NPI
